16/03/10 - Dubai, UAE - Dubai Supply Authority (DUSUP) is developing a floating Liquefied Natural Gas regasification facility at the DP World Jebel Ali Terminal in Dubai. The new facility, which Shell is the advisor, and main LNG supplier, will supplement the Emirate’s existing supplies of natural gas during summer peak demand, delivering environmental and security of energy supply benefits...Shell is an LNG pioneer with a leading position amongst private companies in the growing global LNG business. Shell has the largest global LNG supply portfolio of any international oil and gas company. First gas is expected during 2010. Shell aims to supply around 1.5 million tonnes of LNG a year.
